Lukango CEO, Joanne Safo, has been appointed to the Insurtech UK Council. Insurtech UK is the trade association for the community of insurtech startups in the UK and the largest formal insurtech alliance in the world.

Award-winning diversity champion, Joanne, who will chair the DEI group, joins the Council with other new members Ernesto Suarez (Gigasure), Fraser Edmond (Broker Insights), Laurence Hunter (Laka) and Sarvesh Ramachandran (Lemonade). Council Co-Chairs remain Louise Birretteri (Pickl) and John Warburton (Konsileo).

On her appointment, Joanne said, “I am delighted and honoured to be appointed to the Insurtech UK Council.
